Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped on Fridays after 5pm PST. Shoppers will receive an email notification with tracking number.
Shop Policy:
If an incorrect or defective item has been sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for correction to the best of our ability.
Damaged or lost shipments are the responsibility of the shipping company (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
